Wellness is much more than its literal definition – being free from illness. It is a conscious process built on change and growth. It is the evolvement of physical, mental, and spiritual awareness and making choices toward achieving a healthy and fulfilling life.
We are the caretakers of our bodies and souls. A healthy body allows you to concentrate on your soul, enabling you to fulfill your place in this world and live a meaningful life.
This is my attempt to advocate for a wellness focused lifestyle through incorporation of how I use running, yoga, meditation, healthy eating, and other techniques to improve and maintain my wellbeing.
